Nice open flat location near the southeast edge of Lawrenceville. Paris (our host) is a busy person, but made himself available on the few occasions I called him. About the luck....I gambled on Lawrenceville for the eclipse, and travelled give or take 1200 miles for it. And got perfect conditions.

We enjoyed our stay at Camp Paris. Good location to bounce back and forth from Lawrenceville, IL and Vincennes, IN. Lots to see and do in both areas, just can be confusing as you’re bouncing back and forth across the time zone. Great communication and suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the area.

I stayed overnight on my way west. I met the host and he helped me with parking my 33 foot travel trailer. Electric was also available so I was quite comfortable. The host is/was looking out for the BW travelers.
