You can park for the night with 30A and water hook up. Area is a paved driveway that you can back into. Lots of shade and grass next to the driveway. Pets need to be on a leash as the area is not enclosed. Be courteous and respectful! Quiet hours are10pm-8am. Pick up after your pet, a garbage disposal is provided, do not let your pet off leash. No loud music and no smoking on property. No generators running, as this is a residential area. Oil leaks from your rig/vehicle is not acceptable and if your rig/vehicle is leaking any type of oil you'll be asked to leave. Water leaks are not acceptable, so if there is a leak, please fill your tank with water and then shut off main water to prevent water waste. Please DO NOT hang your laundry out to dry outside your rig. Dumping of any kind of waste water is not permitted on the property. You will be asked to leave and be reported to BW as this is also illegal. Remember this is not a campground and must be self contained and if you cannot abide by these rules, please do not request a stay, as these rules are for the 1 out of the 100 guests that do not know/follow the BW rules. I appreciate and enjoy all the guests that pass thru here, and this helps us to continue to host great guests like you!

We have a travel trailer and my family and I traveled up and down the east coast and hopefully will make it to the west coast soon. Home Town: West Palm Beach Skills or Expertise to Share: I have been camping with a travel trailer for the past 5 years and have gained a lot of experience.

the area was perfect for our stay. surface was level, easy in/out. electric was good to have in order to run AC. hosts were very kind and available. setting was like a florida retreat. hosts had a pickleball setup, although we were too busy and tired to join. will definitly be back in the future!

This is a great spot with a great host. when I arrived the host helped me into my spot which is appreciated. There is trees hedges between the RV and the road which gives privacy. I was able to unhook and had a spot for my vehicle. There is also a cute sharable fire place with sitting area surrounded by palm trees as you can see by the pictures. :) Thank you again for having me

The hosts are very friendly and communication is on point. there was a spot with chairs for us to sit around a fire pit (they also have wood for us to use) and lights strung around the palm trees…it’s beautiful. Only thing is if you have a FW or TT over 30’ (mine is 35’), one spot is great and a drive through and the other is VERY hard to get in with such a long rig. They may change it to 30’ or smaller. overll a wonderful stay and we would stay again (in the drivethrough space).

We always wanna come back, it is a place where you feel at home and where you are welcome by wonderful people. We enjoy Singer Island that is like paradise not too far. the best place in Florida!
