Very nice place to overnight and Bob and Vicki were great host Quiet peaceful place
They have a dog who isn’t friendly to other dogs but Bob was Fantastic!
Our stay with Bob and Vicki was amazing! We were greeted like old friends, and received a nice tour of this idyllic ranch.Bob and Vicki’s hospitality made us feel welcome and at home.We enjoyed our introductions to the horses ,donkey and of course Tucker! Walking the trails brings a peacefulness that’s hard to find. Sitting down to talk with with Bob and Vicki on the back porch of their rebuilt farmhouse was a pleasure. The hard work they’ve put into this property is obvious and that they choose to share this wonderful place with like minded people is a blessing! We hope to spend a night again sometime..Thank you …
We had a great time at Hidden Meadows Ranch and Bob and Vicki were amazing hosts! When we arrived they discussed parking options with us and left it up to us where we would like to park. The hosts did an excellent job of communicating with us and Vicki was there waving us in when we appeared at the end of their drive.
After picking out a spot with great views, Vicki gave us a tour of this unique piece of history. Their ranch once belonged to a thriving moonshine operation and that history is evident everywhere. The location has wonderful shaded walking trails, multiple ponds (one is stocked for catch and release), a footbridge that they also use with their horses, some historic buildings that they have restored and really awesome views.
Vicki also introduced us to their horses and showed us the road that the moonshiners used to haul their wares on. Bob arrived later and we shared stories well into the night (theirs were much more interesting than ours). We really appreciate the experience and the hospitality and would encourage other members to visit this beautiful, serene host location.
