Wonderful Hosts, Great Location on an Organic Farm

I perfect spot tucked in near the campfire pit in the trees, over looking a sweeping organic garden. Quiet and pleasant stay with very caring hosts. We had a campfire the first evening with great conversations and fetch with Smokey the sweetest farm dog you'll ever meet. Thanks so much for the hospitality Rebecca8 and family, it was a treat to be with you all for a few days.

Perfect peaceful hospitable and warm and friendly

This is the place for a warm and friendly visit. Very interesting and knowledgeable family. Everyone was pleasant, even the animals. Very dark sky, stars everywhere, coyotes singing, just plain peaceful! I will go out of my way to stay here again.

Perfect spot

Our host was friendly and greeted us upon arrival. She offered us 15 amp electricity and a level spot to park. The place was quiet and the dogs friendly. Very peaceful and would highly recommend.

Very homey farm

This farm was one of a kind. The host was very respectful and left us to ourselves. There we many farm hands about who were wonderful to talk to. The animals really made this place feel like home. The dogs welcomed us first by showing us their love of fetch. The guinea hens, sheep and ducks made a stop by to say hello and greet us. Lastly, and fashionably late like they are, the cats made their way into our bus and welcomed us by exploring our rig. This was truly an a one of a kind place that will make you feel like you are home.

Good camping at an organic farm

Rebecca8 is a good host who is very friendly and flexible. I talked with her twice on the phone and a family member guided me into a comfortable site next to the house, next to the fire pit with a view of the carefully maintained organic farm. There are chickens and hens in the yard and sheep in the pasture. This is a restful place outside the small townr, and close to Lake Vermillion. The town has a few eating places and there’s a casino with a good restaurant a few miles away.
