We live in a quiet, rural neighborhood about 20 mins east from Greeley, CO. Our home has a large, fenced in backyard so your dog(s) are free to enjoy. We do have two dogs on the property, both are friendly! We have a netted trampoline (use at your own risk!) And we have a front yard, fenced off, so if you have kids, it would be perfect for play without worry of the road. We have a young child who loves children and sharing so families are welcome!
Our neighbors are private and quiet and if the sky is clear enough, you can see the stars at night and the Rocky Mountains as you leave the neighborhood!
We are 45 mins South of Wyoming and 15 mins from the Pawnee National Grasslands.
-No smoking cigarettes on the property, as my son is allergic. You are welcome to smoke in your rig or at the end of the driveway. Please dispose of your butts properly. DO NOT LITTER
-no generators after 10 pm, in respect of our neighbors. Every now and then, our neighbors will host a party and if that is occurring, you are welcome to run your generator until they are done, usually around 11pm.
-no children left unsupervised on the property.
-no rude drunks, you are welcome to drink, responsibly.
-no loud music after 10 pm
-no extra guests permitted, just the people pertaining to your rig.
Any questions, please feel free to ask! (:
We have a gravel driveway, rain is no deterrent for the driveway. Our neighborhood is a dirt road which may have small bumps if it rains.
We have a 40 ft bus that we have no problems getting in and out of the driveway and neighborhood
Street parking right in front of home. If your rig and tow vehicle can fit in the driveway in a straight line, then you may park your tow vehicle there as well
We do travel in our skoolie so sometimes we might not be home, but my sister lives on the property in her own trailer and will be home regularly for any questions/emergencies.
We are 20 mins east of Greeley, who houses a large array of restaurants, parks, dispensaries, libraries, and shops.
Very accommodating and helpful host in a quiet neighborhood.
Overlandcaro’s whole family was so kind to us and helped us get hooked up to electric right when we got in! They were very accommodating and wanted to help us with whatever they could. Thank you so much! :)
We were greeted. Shown were everything was. And let known if we need anything let them know. When staying here be prepared (as most rv's are) to have a couple of levelers. This is in a small community in country. Also you might hear a couple of neighbors time to time, but that is not fault of host. As soon as we had a fan going we couldn't hear anything.
Host worked with us to change schedule. Very gracious and understanding.
Quiet rural town outside Greeley. Host worked with us graciously regarding schedule changes.
Very communicative and cordial host. Property exactly as described. Thanks very much for your hospitality!
Our host was very quick to respond to every question we had. Polite and provided great communication. Our host(s) were very accommodating and friendly.
Quiet spot about an hour outside of Denver. Owner was not home but we were greeted by her very friendly sister. Decent Verizon and T-Mobile cell service. We would repeat if in the area.
Even though Carolina wasn’t at home at the time, she arranged so we had everything we needed to boondock at her place. Nice little neighborhood outside of Greeley. Flat spot with electric hookup and access to water. Overall it was a great place for us to stay while we travel across the country. Would definitely recommend!
