We have two spots:1 in front of our garage next to the hanger for rigs 25' or smaller. It has electric, water and a dump location. The other spot is behind our hanger on a concrete pad.Water and 20,30 & 50 amp electric are available.Pets are Ok but should be kept on a leash because we are not fenced in and there are several thousand acres of timber land to the South and West with"critters" to chase. There are occasional deer in the yard.
Not really any rules but courtesy should prevail.Hospitality is a two way street.
Paved to our driveway for front. Grass to rear spot.
Several locations available depending on situation.
Limited availability till after 10-15 21
We are about 45 minutes from Jacksonville,Fla.,St Augustine and the beaches.
Our time with Bob & Carolyn was short but sweet. Both were helpful in assisting us in set-up and finding things locally. We got to meet some of their neighbors and other family members, and the airpark they live in is really unique. Bob is an expert handy-man, evening repairing a damaged ladder we had on our RV! We hope to see them again soon. - Dennis & Pamela
Who knew a place like this ever existed? Instead of having a house on a golf course , you can have a house AND your hangar on a grassy runway. This was a perfect spot to park the rv. Our host made a 50 amp adapter so we could have a hook up. It was flat on a concrete pad. Our host was kind and welcoming. He let us stay extra nights. We enjoyed hearing about his plane, how he built his own hangar, and some adventures. It’s a great place to “hang” out.
Passionate Hosts and Very Accommodating. We had a Great Overnight.
Loved seeing the deer grazing in their yard.
We got stuck in the soft ground trying to back onto the cement pad and our host rescued us. They helped us get settled and we enjoyed hearing about their past travels and plans for future adventures. Very sweet folks.
