We are located in a rural area of south Alabama. We are 1/2 mile off of US Hwy 98 on a paved county road a few miles east of the Alabama-Mississippi state line. We have gas stations, convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a post office nearby. We limit our on-line booking window to two weeks and ask for at least a two day advance notice of your arrival. If you would like to make a reservation outside of this time window send us a message and we will see if we can accommodate your needs.

No Fires except in our nearby fire pit. No Smoking. No loud music. Dogs must be on leash and their poop picked up.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Access to our camping site is a short gravel drive. The street has a curve with camber (slanted surface) at our drive which results in a hump to get over while turning into the drive. Large fifth wheels and trailers over 25 ft could have trouble getting over the hump without interference. There is space for more than one camper for RV'ers traveling together. We have two 30 AMP receptacles that are side by side. A second camper would need a long cord to hook up. No problem for extra campers not requiring electricity . We have easy access with plenty of room to pull in and turn around. There is no requirement for long distance backing. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: There is plenty of tow vehicle parking space available near your camper. Our campsite is on the side of large mowed field.

We are a quiet old retired couple who like to travel with our little camper. Details: Terry is a retired Mechanical Engineer. Ruth was a stay-at-home Mom raising our three children. We now have 7 wonderful grand kids. Home Town: Our home is in the community of Wilmer in south Alabama west of Mobile, AL. Skills or Expertise to Share: Terry says he is a Jack of a few trades and master of none. He likes tinkering on his dirt bike motorcycle. Ruth says at least he's handy and definitely mechanically inclined. Ruth is a talented seamstress and avid photographer.

owner was great, communicated regularly before arrival with great directions, was there to greet snd provided 30amp power for additional $10. Very quiet and peaceful.

This was, by far, the most relaxing stay we have had. Great folks to talk with. They have water and 30 amp hook-up. They do ask for a reasonable $10 per night for the hook-up. I have no complaints. It is a beautiful piece of property.

Location of parking space has a wonderful view of open fields, some scattered with pecan trees. Safe, level, quiet except for occasional road noise, which was not bad at all. Hosts could not have been more kind and engaging. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Well, this place was the first place I returned to. This is a great location. it was easy in and out. lots of land. Terry the host was outstanding.
