Just a spot in our driveway in a residential neighborhood. Total length needs to be less than 40 feet as the driveway is only that long. Close to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando attractions. No shade and a slight tilt to the road. When available, we have a fenced in backyard with gardens and pool that we would share with guests. I work hard at keeping my calendar accurate. Please refrain from contacting me directly to ask for availability when the calendar shows that we are booked. We work until 5 on weekdays so we prefer arriving after that time. Thanks. Suggested Local Attractions:Kennedy Space Center and Disney, etc. Beach is 12 miles away.

What you do inside your rig is your business as long as it doesn't bother our neighbors. Common sense stuff, quiet times and such. Please refrain from outside activity without permission as we have close neighbors and little room in the front yard. Just ask first and we can see what we can do. Leave it like you found it and enjoy your time. Please message us with an estimated time of arrival. Please let me know if you are bringing a second vehicle. Thanks.

Access Road Conditions: Just a back in spot on our driveway. Slight tilt to the road. No trees or obstacles. Class B or C's are easily accommodated, trailers are more difficult to fit so small ones only and class A just won't fit. Check with me.

Class B travelers Details: We are a couple of empty nesters that travel when work allows us to. I work in technology and my wife is a high school teacher so we travel during school breaks. We call ourselves travelers more than campers as we don't like to stop for long. We enjoy meeting people along the way and when hosting at our home. Home Town: Cocoa, Florida. Space Coast. Favorite Boondocking Locations: We normally go to state parks but have boondocked in friends driveways, from time to time. Skills or Expertise to Share: I have worked over 30 years with technology and in communication services. Also I am very handy fixing almost anything. My wife is a great communicator and people person. We have been very blessed and enjoy sharing joyful times with new friends.

Bob and Lori set an amazing example for just how kind and friendly hosts can be on Bookdockers Welcome. This was our first stay and we ended up being lucky enough to stay 2 nights! We felt safe and welcome throughout. We had great conversations with both Bob and Lori and we’re lucky enough to get some pets from their furry friends. We also managed to see a rocket launch which was unreal. On the morning before we left, we sat with Lori in her beautiful garden for a cup of coffee and more lovely conversation. Could not recommend highly enough for people on this app, thank you again for a pleasant stay 🤍

Very generous, kind and friendly couple. We really enjoyed chatting with them. Also, we did a tour of their new RV which is gorgeous. Thank you for the information sheet given to us at our arrival (very useful). Also their place is very quiet. Hope to see them at our place in summer 2025

Bob & Lori were wonderful. They welcomed us even after we mistakenly cancelled last minute & had to rebook with them. They are friendly & warm. We would love to stay there again in yhe future!

Bob and Lori were great host on a quite street. Great stay! Bob met us in the driveway with a very informative sheet of info. We enjoyed a very nice conversation as well. Very close to John F. Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommend when you are in the Coca Beach area.
