We are in northern Manitoba and can share our driveway and backyard with guests. The city does have an off-leash dog park about 1.5 km away. Electrical available if required. Suggested Local Attractions:Thompson Manitoba (pop 13,000) is designated wolf capital of the world. Concrete wolf statues adorn the city on a walk that meanders thru' the city. There is also a 15 km trail for cycling, running, walking that surrounds the edge of the city. The famous Pisew Falls is 75 km to the south of Thompson and on the only access Hwy into the city.

    I did not get to meet the hosts as they we out of town, but they allowed me to park in their driveway while they were away and were generous enough to offer me the use of an electrical outlet as well. There was plenty of space, and the neighbouhood was peaceful and quiet. I felt safe and had a great nights sleep!
