The Blue Rock Ranch is a BoonDockers Welcome 'Extraordinary Host' and you'll see why when you stay. The Blue Rock Ranch is 51 acres of natural beauty and our home. We have 3 miles of trails, a couple of horses and every Indiana wildlife critter. We are scalloped by 3/4 of a mile of Hinkle Creek. We lay in an area unusual in central Indiana with hills and woods. The RV parking area is remote from the house and is paved. We provide complimentary 30A or 20A power for air conditioner use. There is no charge. We also can fill your water tank and dump a cassette toilet. There is a wifi hot spot in the parking lot. WINTER UPDATE: In the event of severe winter weather, ranch-hand Rick will text you with updates about entering the ranch. SOLAR ECLIPSE: Yes, we are in the path of 'totality' for the April 8th solar eclipse. We all begin reservations in late March. We cannot park a rig taller than 12' or turn around a trailer longer than 30'. Text ranch-hand Rick at 317-797-5103 with questions. We are often not near the barn or are out and about. He'll meet you at the barn to get you all set up. Guest Rules: Quiet hours are 10p to 8a. No visitors unless approved. Check out time is 10a. We can always park an extra class B when full. No generators. Local Info: DUMP STATION: 10 miles north of us is a Dump Station at the Love's Truck Stop. This is at the intersection of SR31 and SR28. The Loves is also a backup location for overnight parking in the event we are full. During the spring, summer and fall another backup location is the White River Campground in Strawtown Indiana https://www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov/facilities/facility/details/white-river-campground-1. A Toad being pulled behind your rig may need to be disconnected.

Rick and Nancy are lovely, welcoming hosts! Hiking the paths with Tipper and Nancy was so much fun, and I very much enjoyed the conversations and watching Pippin and Tipper dance through the forest! Rick met us at the barn and showed us all of the amenities and graciously offered their electric hook up and water and showed me the trail map. I can’t wait for my next trip south, as I am really looking forward to visiting with them again! Thank you so much, Rick and Nancy!! Pippin is hoping to come back and play with Tipper immediately! 😄

Property was easy to get to and very nice concrete parking with water and 30 Amp electricity. Beautiful setting with 4 hiking trails with signs. There were a couple fire rings for campfire. Communication with Rick was great and he was at the barn waiting for us when we got there to show us where to park. He told us all about the history of the property and we swapped some traveling adventures. Definitely will stop back here on our trip home if we come back this way

This has to be the best place there is on Boondockers Welcome. They have a paved, level parking area. Electric. water. wifi hotspot, outhouse, hiking trails that are very professionally marked. Plus the nicest host. Super great stop!
