We own twelve acres allowing for true Boondoggle stays at several locations. Only one of these has electric down a treed lane (drive thru). The easier sites are open and can be driven through by sweeping around. Trees are abundant as are open areas. Our sites abut another host that offers the same. They are a camping sales and repair facility to include camping goodies (not perishables). We also abut Interstate 99 with an interchange 1/4 mile away.
We are "farmland" rural residential. A convenient store w/pizza, subs, beer is 2 miles away. On our other side is the Tioga River and the local rural swimming hole. This provides for canoeing and fishing if desired. We own the access to the river.
An 18 hole golf course is 1 mile away
Dogs must be leased and clean-up is required.
Generators off at 10PM
Campfire must be attended and out at midnight
All trash removed especially cigarette butts
Respect the property and neighbors.
Quiet time at 10PM
Located 1/4 mile of interstate. Paved driveway access to open lot. Sites are not paved.
Site adjoins another separate host providing similar use.
One site, having electric is tree surrounded so likely not suitable for a class A. A class A can only use the open spot without electric due to branch infringement
Open site with parking
Best to call on availability. We travel at will but will likely leave at least one site available. If we are not here then we can - possibly - have a friend welcome you in. A small gratuity for him would be appreciated. Its not for us

What a wonderful place to stay. Pretty orchards and green grass. Had a wonderful visit with our host. Found out we had a lot in common. Easy access for any size trailer or coach. They even provided us with a list of places to visit, which we did. It is close to a lot of things to see. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Boondockers. It was very easy to get to from the highway. The hosts were there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had great conversations with them and we each shared stories of RV adventures. A great experience thank you.
We had a lovely stay with riverfern. We boondocked out by the fruit trees and they let the kids pick as much as they wanted. They also gave us a long list of activities in the area which was much appreciated. Fyi for light sleepers; the noise from the highway doesn’t die down much at night but it didn’t bother us.
The location is fantastic and the couple are absolutely lovely people! I hope to stop by on future travels to stay again!
Riverfern had a conflict and recommended that we stay at a nearby RV service center, which we did. With their conflict resolved Riverfern came by for a nice visit with us. Accommodating folks!
What a very nice couple and beautiful beautiful parking spot. Surrounded by peaches and pear trees. And I was invited to pick whatever I wanted. And then they even delivered green eggs that their chickens had laid for me. What a fun stay
All Great! Location, Site, Hosts, Ease of accessing and leaving site. Chickens, Rabbits, Fruit Trees, Picnic Table, Fire Pit.
We did not use hook ups. Would stay again. Hosts were helpful, giving, friendly and just really nice. What more can you ask for.
35ft fifth wheel, no problems with site.
I had a simply wonderful stay in this little slice of tranquility. The hosts were delightful and helpful. They gave me a tour of their fantastic historical home & We shared great conversation. I hope to stay there again
My hosts had a last minute emergency the day before I arrived but quickly notified me that State Line RV service adjacent to their property would settle me in. All went smoothly. Great directions and easy in and out. I visited Corning Glass Museum and had a great time. Thanks to all the hosts who make it happen.
Sorry for your misfortune, but I appreciate you taking good care of me during my stay. Thank you.
Spot was perfect for son and I to attend nearby events and sightseeing. Host couple were friendly and made us feel at home at there spot of paradise. Will look forward to staying again.
Riverfern are very gracious hosts. Great setting next to a beautiful barn and old tractor. Level site and easy to get to. We would stay again.
