Schenevus is nestled amongst the NY capitol district in Albany to the East, The finger lakes to the west and the Catskill mountains to the south. To the north lies the Mohawk valley( leather stocking) and the Erie canal regions.
The property has a wonderful view of the Schenevus valley.
The property is rural and open, a former pasture, with a stream running into a pond that is currently under construction.

Property is about one mile off of I-88. The road to the property is rather steep but all paved. Logging trucks use the road as a shortcut to the other side of the hill. The driveway is well maintained gravel with two accesses to facilitate entry and exit. Turn around should be easy. you will not have to back out.
Lots of space for tow vehicle parking on the property with easy access.
You would not want to stay here after November as the weather turns rather nasty.
May through October it's beautiful here.
We may be gone at various time throughout the season but generally we will be here.

W are about thirty minutes from Cooperstown and the Baseball hall of Fame. Also in Cooperstown is the Fenimore art Museum and the Farmers Museum. SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick colleges are near by. Kayaking can be done on the Susquehanna river There are a number of golfing opportunities in the area.
