Description

Rural 60-acre property 30 minutes outside of Ukiah. Nearby attractions include Anderson Valley wine region, Mendocino Coast, and the Redwood forests. Quiet setting on a developing family homestead.

House Rules

No smoking, No generators after 10pm, two night maximum, please arrive during daylight hours if possible (see description of road--night driving not recommended for those unfamiliar with technical mountain driving).

Access Road Conditions

Rural setting, approximately 3 miles of dirt road driving. Several tight turns, recommended bumper-pull 25 feet and under. Skilled drivers accustomed to driving on dirt road/mountain roads only. Our road is basically a one-lane road that needs to accommodate two-lane travel, so driver must be comfortable backing up for traffic and navigating tight spaces with a steep drop off on one side. Overlanders welcome. We have one friendly Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dog. Potable water and dump station available upon request.
