House Rules
We are very meticulous about our home and yard. It is imperative that you do not drive on our yard as you maneuver in/out of the driveway. There is an irrigation system with sprinkler heads lining the driveway and curb that can easily be damaged. We have a wide, long and flat driveway that is easy to navigate. But, if you think this may be an issue please allow us to assist you to navigate without incident. The apron from the street to the entrance of our driveway is steep and most hitches drag on the driveway. Unfortunately, therefore, we can only accept motorhomes (not travel trailers or fifth-wheels) and require anything in tow be dropped at the curb in front of the house. Drop hitches will gouge the driveway so if you have a drop hitch we will need you to remove it prior to entering the driveway. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but it's a big problem and our only recourse is to drop out of the BW program. If you prefer to not to disconnect from a towed vehicle, you may park your rig at the curb in front of the house rather than in the driveway but be aware, our street can get busy.
Location
Access Road Conditions: Long, wide, flat concrete driveway with easy access and no trees. Suburban neighborhood, 25 mph street that can get somewhat busy but I don’t have any problems getting my 35’ diesel pusher in and out. Towed Vehicle Parking Details: The apron at the entrance of our driveway is rather steep and most hitches drag and scrape the driveway. For this reason, sadly, we can only host motorhomes and fifth wheels (not travel trailers) and require anything in tow be dropped at the curb. We've been having issues with drop hitches. So, if you have a drop hitch we will need you to remove it prior to entering the driveway. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but our only recourse would be to drop out of the BW program altogether. We've been enjoying our visitors too much to do that!

Good parking on driveway in quiet and nice neighbourhood. Pat (and his family) was very welcoming. It was a great stopover on our journey. Thank you so much!

Pat and Shelly were great hosts! They allowed my 4 year old to get out and ride her scooter in their driveway to get some energy out from a long day of travel. Shelly even brought out a couple toys for her to play with. They have a really nice set up with plenty of space in their driveway. Our rig is a 32 foot class C with a lot of rear wheel overhang. I have caster wheels mounted on the rear so backing in wasn’t an issue. I would advise anyone with significant rear wheel overhang to avoid backing in without caster wheels because you will scrape Pat and Shelly’s driveway (and the rear of your coach). We would definitely stay here again!
