Location

Access Road Conditions: Two gravel driveways. See photos. The “lower” one is a little steep but should not pose a problem except possibly for those pulling a trailer with a vehicle that is not four wheel drive. The “upper” one is nearly level but crosses a culvert that makes the entrance about 30 feet wide. Our driveways form a loop with the primary parking area being a spur off the loop. Depending on which driveway you enter, how much power cord you have, and your preference for backing and door orientation, you can back or pull into the parking spur. The electrical outlet is at the far end of the parking area. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Next to rig.

Kathy and Randy were great host. Kathy met us and helped us get settled in. Their place is beautiful, with a level spot to park and very quite. We enjoyed our conversation with them on their beautiful deck. A great place to stay with great people and if we are ever in the area again we hope to be able to stay again.

Very kind and helpful host who communicated well. He informed us that his driveway was steep and he didn’t think we would make it uphill with our toad, but told us we could try. He was correct. We could not make it and decided to stay elsewhere rather than unhitch. That said, the host was wonderful (and so forgiving when we made a rut in his gravel drive) and I’d recommend staying if you have a shorter rig. If your setup is at all prone to scraping you won’t make it up the first driveway, but if you’re smaller you might make the turn into the second drive.
