This place is worth the visit!

I regret I didn’t have more time to spend here, to simply sit and take in nature.
With the challenge of the road (more about that at the end) and the beauty of the spot, plan to get here while the sun is still up!

A private mountainside campsite facing west. I saw a dusk colored sky through the tall trees. The level campsite had a picnic table and comfy cushioned chair!
As a solo camper I felt safe.
The hosts were up the hill but far enough away to not be bothered. Close quarters boondocking in driveways and staying in campgrounds (where they pack us in like sardines) it was nice not to have some privacy and space.
The hosts were awesome and welcoming. They put work into maintaining this spot.

Warning: you need to communicate about your rig and skill level to assess if the site is appropriate. This is a safety issue: it is a narrow one lane road (no shoulders) with tight turns. There are other houses off this lane, full attention required when driving (put down that cell phone!)

Beautiful, welcoming spot

We loved our stay here - it was a beautiful, secluded and peaceful spot. Our hosts were so welcoming as well, greeting us when we arrived and a couple conversations during our stay. Would love to come back again!

Best of Both Worlds

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay that is so close to Eugene and out in the country. Our hosts made extra efforts to greet us and have set up a wonderful spot to boondock. We’d love to come back!

Truly a Gem of a Stay! Lovely hosts!

We found FredNCindy’s property last minute and they were able to accommodate us with no problem! The spot was carved out for our camper and them some! They have a wonderful open property and were very friendly and communicative. A beautiful place to spread out and call home for the night!
