Barndominium in the country but minutes from town and Walmart. Grocery stores and gas stations nearby. Located on quiet road 1 mile from I65. Room to stretch your legs and walk your pets. Level area to park next to house.
No open campfires due to allergies.
Quiet time after 10PM.
Dogs must be on leash due to local ordinances.
Easy access from I65 but last 1/4 mile is narrow 2 lane road. Since it is a dead end traffic is light.
Plenty of room on property to park a tow vehicle but may have to unhitch before turning into driveway.
Ave Maria Grotto, Smith Lake, Clarkson Covered Bridge, Hurricane Creek Park. About 45 minutes to Birmingham and Huntsville which have a lot of attractions.
Spot was perfect with everything we needed. Very much enjoyed visiting with hosts! Such a nice couple!
Lovely property for an overnight stay. Again, convenient to I-65. Thanks for being a BW host.
A very nice gravel pad with water and 30 amp accessible. The couple and young fellow were very welcoming, helping us play with our dog after her journey. Then we retired to their back porch for a friendly chat about life and camping. Will be happy to stop by again if we are in the area. Thanks!
Host greeted us upon arrival and helped us position and setup our trailer. We visited on their porch and really enjoyed the down home conversations from ham radio to their van travels and construction projects. Thank you again for letting us stay we were very comfortable.
Very helpful and accommodating hosts. Thanks for letting us stay!
Thank you both for your gracious hospitality. Glenda and I enjoyed our conversations in the cool evening air on your porch and meeting your daughter and grandchildren. Being able to pull straight into a level parking place with a very convenient 30 amp service was great. We wish you safe travels and a great adventure on your upcoming trip. May the Lord bless you with good health and safe travels in your retirement years.
We very much enjoyed and appreciated our stay at the beautiful Little Red Barn. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating even giving us advice for where we could watch local 4th of July fireworks. We hope to visit again soon.
We had a restful night - hosts were as nice as can be. Grateful for power to run AC on a hot and humid night.
We were welcomed by the hosts at arrival. They told us that they just moved in here and about what changes they have in mind for their house. A lot of projects for the future, so never a dull moment.
The place behind the red house was nice a quiet, with a electric and water hookup.
We had a nice view over the huge yard with in the back across the street a little house on the hill.
A wonderful place for a relaxed time and peace.
My dog Duke and I had an amazing stay with this kind and generous family. We were their first ever bonndocking welcome guests and are so thankful they joined this group of hosts. A must stay if in the area. Thank you so much for your kindness and hope to see you again one day. Perhaps maybe when I become a host.
