Both hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would have stayed longer, but had van problems. I will be back soon.
Coddiwomple was our very first Boondockers Welcome stay and we were thrilled with the experience. He met us at the driveway and was extremely helpful. Our stay was short but very peaceful. We appreciated their hospitality and would recommend them to anyone.
Host is really knowledgeable and willing to share their wisdom. We arrived later in the evening and not only did host accommodate, they where willing to guide us to a place to eat as we had not had dinner yet (our phone was down and had no gps). Parking and setting up was a breeze. As we continue our travels, BDW host have only gotten better. This host is one of the most welcoming and kindhearted individuals we have met.
A warm welcome and hookups after a long drive was welcome. It had rained for days and my hosts were taking care of the sizable lawn when I arrived, so we chatted briefly and they went back to work.
I am very grateful that I had the opportunity to stay during a holiday weekend.
Be aware there are trains and highway noise.
918Coddiwompers were great hosts who were very welcoming. Their property is very pretty and peaceful. They are located near town which was really convenient. I have a dog that they allowed to run freely on their property which was such a blessing.
We spent one night on our way back to Texas from Indiana. Very nice place to park - easy in and out, and wonderful hosts.
This home is perfect to quietly relax at or to step off to some really cool sites in the area. 10/10 will come back.
Our very first BW stay. We needed a place near Tulsa for two nights so we could spend some quality time with my sister nearby. Our hosts were very helpful and communicative before our arrival, as well as helping us get our little trailer located, level, and connected. After a little troubleshooting, we were able to get our 30 amp connection working due to my picky surge protector.
We would definitely seek another stay here if passing through.
Thank you so much for your generosity and for the time you spent out on the porch with us sharing “war” stories. We didn’t want to leave!! You are what Boondockers welcome is all about. We hope to come back through in the fall. Look forward to seeing you again. The girls say thank you for their gifts.
Had a great visit with coddiwomple, he's one of those hosts that we wish we had a couple of days to visit with and get to know better. He was very generous, allowing us to fill our tanks up and even had power, had we wanted it, though we didn't need it since we have 3,000 watts of solar. Definitely, a nice quiet spot to spend the night and if we find Claremore, OK on our travels in the future, we will be sure to request a stay again.
Lovely stay and great visit here last night. The weather was so cool which was nice after my travels in HOT Texas! I am so thankful to travel again this year and truly appreciate staying at Boondockers Welcome homes.
Stayed one night only but wow, what a beautiful area! Will definitely come back and spend a little bit more time in the area
I was the first guest they had after just recently becoming a member. Wife host told me husband’s goal was to be a super host and he certainly met that goal! Beautiful place in the country. I had some problems with my heat and he jumped right in and gave me a diagnosis. If you are in the area you MUST visit!!
