Description

Our location is not picturesque and doesn’t have fabulous views or scenery but if you are just looking for a place to safely pull off the road into a friendly yard on private property for the night (and be assured you are near like-minded people)...you are more than welcome.

We don’t have a dump station on site but there is one right down the street at a clean, modern facility, Jack’s Truck Wash.

House Rules

Our home is ruled by two cats who will probably be very curious about “that new RV in the driveway”

Access Road Conditions

Probably best if you are able to back into property, to make it easy for exit.

Tow Vehicle Parking Details

Tow vehicle can be parked next to the rig or in our driveway or side yard

Suggested Local Attractions

We are nicely situated just a few minutes from the capital city of Charlottetown on a main road so you are basically close to everything. This is PEI, everything is near by! Walmart is 8 minutes away in one direction and the town of Cornwall is 1 minute the other way, pharmacy, gas station, coffee shops, grocery store, liquor store.

Charming hosts and restful night

Our hosts greeted us by flying the bear flag of California at his house. What a fun surprise! We were able to park easily on their lawn, and took advantage of their kind offer to use a little of their electricity.
A friendly chat at their door helped us learn a little more about PEI, and about each other.
We were concerned about road noise, but it quieted down quickly after “rush hour,” and we slept easily and well, despite some howling winds and some rain.
Kindred souls, a level spot, and a good night’s sleep — a Trifecta!

Nice attention

We were tired we we arrived in PEI but we fou d an interesting couple that had the delicate attention of putting our provincial flag up to welcome us. Thank you very much! We had a lovely night.

Very friendly host

Very friendly host, and even I stayed there only a day, we had time to talk about our experiences traveling around in our RVs. Maybe see you in California :)
