We live at the end of a paved county road. The cul de sac that we live on is fairly narrow and it would be difficult for large rigs to turn around in. We have a 20' camper and it is hard for me to turn it around in the cul de sac. Caution would be required. The parking area in on a gravel drive back to our barn and on high ground. We have 12, mostly wooded, acres with a short hiking trail. We do have both 50 amp and 30 amp hookups as well as a dump and water. We have a number of gardens on our property as well.
No smoking on property.
Steep hills coming into our location. Cul de sac turn around and backing into long drive required for trailers and fifth wheel RVs. Road is paved but drive is gravel. The cul de sac makes it difficult for larger trailers to be turned around for backing into the driveway. There are low hanging trees in the driveway. Tall rigs should use caution.

We are usually here unless we are traveling. Please just contact us and see if we have a spot available.
Missouri state capital building is 15 minutes away. University of Missouri is a 45 minute drive. We have a number of hiking locations within short driving distance and are very close to a trailhead for the Katy Trail state park.
Wonderful host and a great experience. Host is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a great set up and our stay was great. Would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.
I was lyoungjcmo's first guest. They are beyond perfect hosts. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. When I first arrived, I got a tour of the property, which is gorgeous. They have beautiful gardens, a comfortable covered patio that looks over a goldfish pond and multiple trails throughout. Their property is mostly woods at the end of a cul-de-sac. It was very quiet: away from all traffic and train noise. If I ever return to the Columbia, MO area, I would absolutely stay again.
