We are less than 2 miles off the major interstate, right in the middle of a small town. We have a little over an acre behind our house that is fenced in that you can park your rolling home in. This is a well mowed yard/ field
Paved road leading to boondocking entrance, then go through grass down a small incline to a big open field. We park our 26ft travel trailer there.
Big rigs should enter from the north side & also watch weather for lots of rain so as not to get stuck in yard.
We have a fire pit with bench seating your welcome to use.
****We have 2 adult & 2 kids kayaks you can use & transportation for 4 people.
Weather permitting & host availability permitting.
****less than 200lbs. Dual zip lines
****kids small playground
(Host sleeps during the day) works night shift so......
Only accepting guest who can arrive (check-in) by 6-7pm C.S.T.
Quiet hours 10pm to 8am Mon. - Fri.
Only open gates when entering & leaving.
Please call host before arriving so host can make sure their pets are locked up.
Your pets are welcome to run off leash in our big fenced in back yard as long as you are the only guest at that time.
Your kids are welcome to play in the playground & use the zip lines. *(keep knees bent & catch yourself with your feet by pushing away on tree at end of ride)*

Paved road till entering, then grassy yard/field. Mostly level field, small slope down into yard when entering then levels out. Large rigs can enter better from the north side, & larger rigs watch small tree limbs when swinging wide to turn in. Watch weather for lots of rain so rig won’t get stuck.

Wonderful place to stop over for a peaceful night. Very quiet evening. The hosts were very friendly and gracious. We would love to return next trip south. Mike and Vic
Spent one night while traveling and it was great. Really nice people and hospitality.
Really quiet so sleep was good.
Would definitely stay again!
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Had a busy stay so did not get to socialize to much however I did enjoy our conversations. We were surprised with a very thoughtful gift which was much appreciated. Was unable to stay in the backyard Boondockers spot due to very heavy rains prior to our arrival. The hosts were generous enough to accommodate us with another spot on their property. They provided a folder with lots of brochures and things to do in the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
Had a great time here in Munfordville. Arrived in some super soggy weather and had an initial hiccup with parking due to some marshy grounds. Hosts came right to the rescue though, and assisted in getting me unstuck/setting me up in a revised parking spot on the property.
Nothing but generosity from there on out. From sharing food, to sharing tips on POIs in the area, to other surprises, they really were fantastic.
Would love to stay again in the future if they’d have me! Thanks for everything, friends.
What great and accommodating folks! There are sweet surprises as mentioned in other reviews. We even came back late one day to some fresh garden veggies. Beautiful large back yard space in a quiet part of town. Very sweet pups. So much to do in the area - don’t miss Mammoth Caves, Kentucky Down Under and Lincoln’s birth place. Thank you!!! A+ couldn’t ask for more.
I've been boondocking for almost 2 years with this app. My experience has been amazing 100%. This couple is off the charts. I will not give away any of the surprises and there are little surprises :-). Definite stay if you're passing through, especially if you're doing Mammoth cave you're only 20 minutes away. Huge green lot that you will be staying in feels like you're in a park. By the way I did do the fork in the road LOL. Take care guys!
We very much enjoyed our stay. These are wonderful people and gracious hosts. If you have a chance to stop by this hosts site, you won’t regret it. They are close to Mammoth Cave NP, Green River boating/kayaking, other cave tours, quaint towns and lots of kid friendly activities. Our hosts offered many local recommendations and helped our stay to be the best it could be. We’ll be back!
I went to sleep in a beautiful park like setting, and woke up to the most amazing birthday table at my door! Such wonderful hosts, I can’t say enough about them!
What a sweet and homey place to stay. We enjoyed the site and nature around it. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.
Glad to be Ken-Ta-Ten’s first guests! They were very accommodating. Quick overnighter, but a lifesaver for us on our way to Nashville.
