Three acres with two open mowed grass areas near the house that could hook up to 110 power via long extension cords. Partially treed for privacy and shade on hot days.
Open and treed areas (some groomed some natural) for walking your dog(s) or bird watching. Lots of bird feeders year round for easy viewing. Flower gardens and fire pit areas.
Chickens, a cat, and a resident dog live here so all guest pets must be well behaved and under owners control at all times particularly if off leash. Fresh Eggs often available.
Close to paved roads and handy to Spring, Hasse Lake, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, gas stations and snacks/convenience/liquor stores.
Please keep all pets under close control. I have neighbours and work from home so please be considerate of the noise volume. The driveway entry is narrow and requires a sharp turn so plan ahead as I am not able to help you out of the trees or ditch. That being said my friend parks her RV trailer here regularly in the summer.
The pets rule the roost here including some free range chickens who are part of the family. DO NOT LET YOUR CRITTERS CHASE OR KILL THEM!!! In turn you may be gifted some fresh eggs.
There are two fire pits but please ask before you use. Please don't pick from the gardens.
No smoking or drugs of any kind including Cannabis. NOT 420 friendly. No judgement just our home policy.
Family, kid, and pet friendly .
I have a house under reno and any skilled trades advice or assistance would be welcome in exchange for longer stays. Power is limited to 100 via extension cords.
Paved or asphalt to the the subdivision then gravel to the yard.
There is a tight entry with a sharp turn into the yard between large spruce trees with low hanging branches.
There is a circle driveway for turning around.
Parking for boondockers is one of two a large grassy areas.
Gravel drive way and large mowed grassy area for turnaround in (seasonal - no snow removal)
I do not clear the snow in the yard for the winter so accessibility is dependant on your vehicle. I put my 4x4 half ton through it all the time so would likely be suitable to van conversions etc. In summer the yard is accessible to park larger vehicles as long as you can make the corner at the entry of the yard.
Various lakes, Edmonton is 30 minutes away, short drive to Chickacoo nature area, and the University of Alberta Devonian Gardens.
