We are approx 12 miles from Panama City beach and 9 miles from Tyndall AFB.
PLEASE PROCEED TO THE CONCRETE PAD AT THR REAR OF THE DRIVEWAY~do not park next to the house/deck. This is non-negotiable. YOU WILL NEED approx 60ft power cord and 60 ft water hose to reach hookups. The home on this property is a vacation rental and will likely have guests during your stay. You are welcome to use the yard, deck and laundry room (located on the back porch), however if the home is occupied those spaces are shared with other guests. No children under the age of 18 are to be left on premises at any time.
Your site is where Hurricane Michael decided I no longer need a garage. The concrete pad is approx 12x20 but you can park your rig partially on that and partially on the rock driveway. There is a 50Amp outlet, but the circuit breaker is only 30Amp at the moment. YOU WILL NEED approx 60ft power cord to reach the outlet and approx 60ft hose to reach the water supply. Parking next to the deck or home is NOT permitted so please be sure you have adequate length cords/hoses. There is currently no way to empty your holding tanks but we are working on that! Please use a surge protector as we are not responsible or liable for any power surges or any other damage/injury that may occur during your stay. Currently we are able to back in our 32ft camper without issue. We have not attempted anything larger. We are also working on a circle drive that will allow us to navigate any size camper to the site.
The yard is still quite a mess from Hurricane Michael but we are working to restore it. Please monitor your children or pets as it is not suitable for play or paws at the moment. This is a great spot if you just need a place to stop for a night or 2. The neighborhood is quiet and even though it’s an older neighborhood and has sustained substantial damage, we have great neighbors and a quiet little historic neighborhood.
This property is approximately 12 mi from PCB and 8 mi to Tyndall AFB.
You’ll need to back into the space. The driveway is rock. YOU WILL NEED 60ft power cord to reach the outlet and approx 60ft hose to reach the water supply. PLEASE PROCEED TO THE CONCRETE PAD AT THE REAR OF THE DRIVEWAY~do not park in the driveway or next to the house/deck. This is non-negotiable. The street is fairly narrow but we have gotten our 33ft camper in with no problem. The best way to do it is to circle the block and have the front of the house on your left, pull just past it and back in.
There is space next to the camper spot to park a tow vehicle.
Loved having such close access to the beach and activities that Panama City has to offer. We also really appreciate the grill and laundry amenities that this property offers. Very responsive host to all messages.
Our host was very helpful in helping us get our fifth wheel located on his property. Plenty of room, easy access. If you're looking for a nice, quiet, safe place to stay, this is a place! It's right across the street from the cemetery, no noise from there. I did find out about fire ants however, when I melt down to put wheel chocks behind my wheels I must have kneeled right in the nest of them because they just stung the p diddleys out of me!
Informative host. Thorough online guide. Good base to explore Panama City area.
Flat concrete slab was perfect for our <20ft class B. Electric hookup can be a challenge, but nothing that Amazon and a quick trip to Wal-Mart won't fix. Laundry was extra bonus.
Millville is an interesting neighborhood. Not far from W Beach Drive, a nice drive along the bay. Don't skip Gene's Oyster bar, best oysters we had from TX-FL. They are actually from AL.
Peaceful neighborhood and convenient location to great beaches!
Conveniently located to Panama City Beach, what beautiful sand and water. Nice spot, quiet and well kept.
We were very happy to be able to visit Millville Mansion as an overnight stop on our journey. Many thanks and best wishes to our very gracious hosts.
Very accommodating hosts with RV services available. Location is on a quiet street and is also close to the water.
Not much communication with the host but a very easy stop for two nights. All communication was very efficient and they are very organized.
It was a great place to stay!! Close to everything. The host was very pleasant and accomadating!! We highly recommend this place.
Parking is in a neighborhood however it’s actually a private location and was delightful for my German Shepard to run and play off leash. Easy access to electricity and water. Tour of the house was quite surprisingly adorable and in a coastal decor. Exterior is to be initiated soon. Tannerus4 was very very pleasant and couldn’t be more accommodating. Nice safe relaxing break for two days.
Just a quick overnight for us, but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Tannerus4 are restoring their property in imaginative and artistic ways and are very welcoming folks. Access to the laundry was a big plus. If you don’t want to unhitch, Gene’s Oyster Bar is an easy walk and a delicious destination.
Tannerus4 was friendly and quick to reply to our questions. They are working hard to fix their place up after hurricane damage but it is a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had to work a little to get level but they have water and elect if needed.
