Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostCorbett Oregon is located between the Sandy River and Crown Point on the Columbia River Historic Highway. We are at the mouth of the beautiful Columbia River Gorge twenty miles east of Portland on the way to Hood River. It has mild weather throughout the whole year, and the winter months (Dec to Feb) can be windy and chilly.
We would expect the guests to put all their trashes into the trash-bags, and clean up the area before they leave.
There is a 500 yards gravel road with slight steep hills. There are no tight corners, and small to mid size rigs should not have difficulty navigating. The guests do not need to reverse town the driveway and there are sufficient room to turn around. There are no low-hanging trees, but some blackberry branches that taller rigs may want to avoid.
There are enough space for tow vehicle parking next to the rig by the pond and creek.
We joined Boondockers Welcome in Feb. 2021. The space should be available most of the time. Please feel free to email us in advance to reserve your spot. Right now, there are no electricity hookups, but this can change by spring or summer of this year. We are building an electricity pipeline into the barn, from where you can have electricity hookups by this summer.
There are about a dozen amazing water falls and the Columbia River Historic Highway. Some of them have hiking trails that are rated as among the best around the world.
