Not only could this be one of the best hidden gems we've found but the hosts are just fabulous. Hospitality and kindness that is rare to find. The property is also immaculate and nested in the woods, it's so spectacular, we almost want to keep it secret for exclusivity! Everything from tall pines, to hiking trails, to beautiful ponds and fresh eggs + honey just to top it off. If this doesn't top your list, I don't know what will!

Rick replied to out request promptly. We were warmly greeted on arrival. Was great getting to know Rick and hear about his travel adventures. I would give our stay a 7 * rating if I could! Many thanks Rick and Sylvia for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth with us. Joe and Ingrid

I asked for a spot with a 30A plug in to test my furnace and got so much more. Wonderful host, gorgeous peaceful setting and wine and good conversation by the propane fireplace. What a gem for people who are travelling and need a little respite. Thank you Ross and Sylvia for your hospitality and generosity. Will be passing it forward.

The 2min drive from the main road finally opens up to a gorgeous property ... a slice of heaven :) My stay was one of the best I've had and Hosts - Ross & Sylvia (and dear Barney) - were amazing! Beautiful conversation, tinkering with the RVs, starry nights, watching the beehive in action, cute little chickens running around, peaceful nights ... I was right where I was meant to be for this few nights! THANK YOU so much!! Abby & I so look forward to coming back :)

We rolled into Twinholm Lane tired and ready for a little break. We were on week 3 of a 7-week trip and needed to escape from day to day travel. We found the perfect spot at Twinholm Lane. Ross communicated with us on the way and we had no problem finding a spot to park our motorhome and toad. It felt as if we had been transported through a portal to a beautiful mystical place, so serene and our hosts, Ross and Sylivia could not have been more accommodating. We took our Irish Setters for long walks on Ross' 25-acre property and they went for a swim in his pond. We had electricity and were able to catch up on some work we needed to do. Each evening of the two nights we spent their we joined Ross and Sylvia for wine on the patio. We talked about our trips and looked at maps for a trip Ross is planning to Oregon, our home state. There was a super moon on our last night there and we walked a path through the trees to catch see it shining above the fields. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to meet and travel together in the near future. We left fully rejevenated and full of happy memories of our stay with Ross, Sylvia and their sweet dog Barney. When we left Ross gave us some Twinholm eggs and Twinholm honey and a big hug, because we are now friends.
