We have an old farmhouse on an acre lot which we are renovating. There is some space on the grass, but not all of it is level. We do have a U-shaped driveway that is fairly level, but there is a bit of an incline up to it. Only half of it is gravel, so if rainy or ground is too soft, I wouldn't recommend driving through with a rig and rig would have to be backed up. Cell/data service is extremely poor, but we can try to hook you up on our wifi.

- There is no electricity or water, but you are welcome to use a quiet generator between 7am-10pm. - Smoking is allowed, but please don't throw your butts on the ground. - Please be responsible of your pets and pick up after them.
Location
Access Road Conditions: The road to get to our property is somewhat hilly and windy, but we do it with our 40ft 5th wheel, so it should be fine. Best to stick to the 95 and 540. DO NOT take Bell Settlement Road. There is about .5km of dirt road to get to the property. You will lose cell service on your way to the property, so DO NOT close your navigation, cuz you might not be able to get it back. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: Tow vehicle can be parked next to or in front of rig on the property's driveway.

roads in were very bumpy. the spot was hard to find, and there were semis up and down the road all night so it was pretty loud

I imagine it can be hard to find so pay attention to the directions, but I found it just fine and it’s fairly level. Had a great sleep there. Thanks again
