We live in NW Arkansas on deep clear Beaver Lake in the Ozarks of NW Arkansas. Great hiking and bicycling in our area. Only 12 scenic miles from beautiful unique Eureka Springs, Arkansas and about a 35 minute drive to Rogers, AR to our west and about one hour and half southwest of Branson, MO. Gravel parking spot. Our property slopes downward towards beautiful Beaver Lake so you may need leveling blocks. We just sold our 5th wheel and will eventually downsize to a smaller camper so we now have room for 35 ft campers. Suggested Local Attractions: Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Turpentine Creek Big Cat Rescue, The Great Passion Play, Beaver Lake, Crystal Bridges in Bentonville, AR, glass Thorncrown Chapel, Lake Leatherwood, Black Bass Lake in Eureka Springs, the town of Beaver with the one lane wooden bridge called Little Golden Gate Bridge. Stop in Garfield, Arkansas at the Short Stop Cafe (and gas) to get the biggest ice cream cone you'll ever see, and it's dirt cheap!

House Rules

No children under 5 for safety reasons only because our home back deck is at mature tree top level, 25 ft above ground level, and it would be a very serious fall for a child if they slipped between the railing. No aggressive or barking dogs please, dogs must be on a leash, smokers must either smoke inside their RV or carry a covered ash tray with them on our property as we live in the woods. We have ash trays on our upper deck that you are welcome to use as you sit at our tables to enjoy tree top view of Beaver Lake. Ashing on the ground is not allowed, it can and does start forest fires. Adult beverages OK. No trespassing onto any privately owned boat docks of neighboring property owners. (Dock owners will prosecute trespassers) There are area marinas for public use, boat and pontoon rentals, pizza, etc. This is a rural residential quiet property on a quiet dead end road. Bring your own firewood and you may use our outdoors stone grill for cooking. The lake shore is just in our back yard. Safe neighborhood. Please come stay with us! You are welcome to have meals and drinks on our upper deck facing Beaver Lake. You are always welcome here when we are home!

We loved our stay here and will definitely come back the next time we are in the Eureka Springs area. Our hosts were excellent and very helpful in selecting great places to visit in the area. We had 1 bar of Verizon 5 G. They have a great spot with easy access. We are just a van but the front of the rocky spot was perfect for us. The spot does slope slightly but easy to level out. Great place for a fire although we did not get a chance to use it this time. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had to shorten our stay due to mechanical issues.Mark and Colleen were very gracious and kind. Very knowledgeable of the things to see and do in the surrounding area. Was difficult to level, but that could be us and our lack of experience boon docking. Make sure you have leveling blocks.

We had a wonderful stay here for two nights. It is a nice base to use for visiting the amazing Crystal Bridges museum (only 40 minutes a way). Colleen and Mark are wonderful hosts and even let us accompany them on a sunset cruise on the lake. An awesome stay and I will definitely be back!

The area is beautiful, the hosts land was within 50 yards of the lake and they were wonderful. Kind and accommodating, even let us eat our dinner on their deck over looking the lake!!!!!
