Harvest Hosting since 2010 Boondockers Welcome since 2021 Directions PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION, it will be obvious if you do, and disrespectful if you don't :-) Pull over if you have to, it's that important. SITE PICTURES and MAP https://www.abbottfarms.com/hh-bw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Jg9WNk0910 Please do NOT ask store employees, they DON'T know about RV stays. Really, they don't. Txt Warren with questions AFTER reading all of this AND looking at the PROFILE PICTURE OUR PROFILE PICTURE IS A MAP YOU NEED TO REFERENCE ! see higher resolution version in our photo album or please txt Warren for a better copy sooner rather than later. We usually approve your stay request in a few minutes. If its been a few hours, txt Warren, because when multiple requests come in simultaneously I can miss one. It may be A DAY OR MORE before I get to EMAIL so please txt. Scroll down, get info on THE ONLY entrance to use, exits, dogs, when to arrive on a festival days, site descriptions, electric, water, wifi, blog posts, Warren's phone number to txt etc We are usually NOT available to help you when you pull in so these directions amassed through 10 years of hosting, are so you can find a spot quickly without waiting for us or us having to move you later, ugh. It might keep you from rig damage, having to unhook or snarling parking lot traffic as well. Please use the reservation system, It keeps track of availability. Even for last minute requests. Use it for cancellations as well. Please NO confirmations, NO call aheads, no cancellation calls, the reservation system works great for all that. With as many as 8 rigs per night visiting, please understand we are busy farming. Extra time with RV arrangements may take away from our time to chat with you, our family and our sleep. So this material answers most questions. Please TXT Warren the rest because tractor noise means I don't hear the phone ring. Messages or emails through HH or BW mean I have to log in to respond so I may not see them for a day or two. Please Txt, it's faster and less hassle. 8 minutes from I90 16 minutes from I81 downtown Syracuse 8 pm is NOT a hard arrival cut off time, we may not be around so it may be really self service. As for last minute requests, we almost always have room, (we have room for 700 cars on grass) the parking lot is available as well just understand most days we open at 9 so if you use the store parking lot, you may need to reposition by 9. Check the map profile picture and the site descriptions below. On Festival days, (Fall Fest is Sat+Sun and holidays in Sept and Oct, Christmas Fest in December) it's like driving through a busy playground if you come before 4. 5 or after is an even better arrival time. (Christmas fest goes till 8) Anything earlier on fest days txt me and see if we can figure something out. The directions will be different in those cases. Families with children. To cover our costs, All activities, bounce pillow, giant slides, Kid Zone etc is accessible through the purchase of a wristband, even during the week. Those are available in the Market or from the sheds during fest. Ask for the HarvestHost/BoondockersWelcome group rate. What they cover and what they cost varies with the season. We have had to gate the property to prohibit non paying guests from using us as a community park but the rv spots are inside the gate so we are using the honor system for you rv families. People ask what they can do to help, (we like your kind) 1. Litter pick up is much appreciated. 2 . Honest reviews on Google, Yelp and Nextdoor, seems the problem customers post but the happy ones not so much, we would appreciate help getting balanced out Dog Owners, we have dogs ourselves so please ! email ONLY a picture of your rabies vaccination with DOG as the ONLY subject to apples@abbottfarms.com Only DOG as extra letters will cause the email routing to fail BY LAW THEY CAN NOT BE: inside a food establishment (market or cidermill) in and around the petting farm animals in any of the food crop areas (apples, berries, pumpkins etc) clean up after them ! Leashes are required We don't allow customers to bring dogs past the parking lot so to be fair and consistent please note on the east or Syracuse side of the buildings are parking and pasture paddocks (not the one with horses in it) that you can take your dogs to exercise etc. We can't reserve specific sites. It is generally first come first serve. Exceptions are Boondockers staying over the weekend during September and October or December, please see or txt Warren for site selection. We try and put you in front of the barns to keep you out of the daily pedestrian crowd. We have added a few spots to accommodate more of you simultaneously. Please use sites that fit your rig and your stay, if you are towing a popup, save the 50amp sites for bigger rigs. Most sites have electricity for a reimbursement based on your rv plug or us, whichever is smaller, 15a $5, 30a $10, 50a $15, give to any Abbott you see. Muffled Generators are usually ok especially for big rigs in sites 2 and 3 and 5a,b,c,d,e,f,g,...etc (there is a lot of room out there). Chlorinated potable water is available to fill tanks on south west corner of Market building (come in the "EXIT ONLY" entrance E and pull up close to the west side of store). Other water sources may not be potable. Dumping is available if you have a macerator pump and 25' of hose. We suggest a $5 donation for dumping and water fills. (we want to make it easier but it takes $) SEE PROFILE PICTURE MAP, DO NOT USE B FOR IN OR OUT see RED X on the map, most of you will tail drag or worse The trees are now trimmed up for you big rigs 6/20/21 1. House Rules

Do not ask questions of the store employees, they don't know. ASK Warren by txt DOGS (we have 3 ourselves) BY LAW THEY CAN NOT BE: inside a food establishment (market, cidermill) in and around the petting farm animals in any of the crop areas (apples, cherries, berries etc) clean up after them ! failure to do so is one way to get a bad review... Smoking needs to be handled carefully using common sense. In New York there is no smoking in public places. Farms are both flammable and explosive ! as well This is a working farm.

SITE PICTURES and MAP https://www.abbottfarms.com/hh-bw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Jg9WNk0910 DO NOT SET FOOT ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT READING THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND OBTAINING A MAP GOOD ENOUGH TO BLOW UP AND SEE THE DETAIL. THIS IS FOR THE 1% THAT SAY WELL THEY COULDN'T READ WHILE DRIVING..... THEN PULL OVER AND STOP SOMEWHERE !!! THIS IS NOT DIFFICULT PEOPLE. You MUST read our profile description BEFORE arrival. All of it. We can not guarantee we will be here to help you even if we had manpower. Click "VIEW FULL PROFILE" under contact host if you don't see a lengthy description. IT IS DISRESPECTFUL TO NOT READ THE DIRECTIONS BECAUSE INEVITABLY YOU WILL PULL IN THE WRONG DRIVEWAY, PARK IN THE WRONG SPOT OR TAKE YOUR DOGS WHERE THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED by STATE & FEDERAL LAW ! Do NOT ask store employees questions abut RV sites. Families, RV parking is actually inside the limited access area of the farm. So please access farm amenities like the slides, animals and bounce pillow by purchasing wristbands. Ask for the HarvestHost/BoondockersWelcome group rate. Wristbands can be purchased in the market. Parking is ONLY ON DRIVEWAYS unless specified, heavy based gravel or millings, grass on gravel for 7 and grass for 5. We have plenty of room, if you unhook, please for your safety, unhook on the farm NOT in the road. Read ALL of the profile description and get the farm picture map. Site information is in the description section above and the map is our profile picture. A better map version is in the photo album, our website or I am happy to txt you one. My cell number is in the description. Please NO confirmations, NO call aheads, NO calls to cancel, the reservation system works great for that. With 4-8 rigs per night visiting, please understand we are busy farming.. We do not have a way to reserve specific sites. It is first come first serve. Please use sites that fit your rig. If you are towing a popup, save the 50a sites for bigger rigs. 8 pm is NOT a hard arrival cut off time. We are less likely to be around to assist. Check the map profile picture and the site descriptions above. Read all of the description. You have to txt me for the map if you can't blow up the one here. You have to be able to see the map detail. The level of your disrespect will be painfully obvious if you don't read our description or have the map. THE MAP AND DESCRIPTION MAKE PARKING SAFE AND SIMPLE. We are happy to clarify and help with anything you don't understand. We have never had an issue with someone that read the full description and asked me questions. After 10+ years of polishing, the system and directions are sound. Sorry 99% keep doing it awesome ! People ask what they can do to help, (we like your kind) 1. Litter pick up is much appreciated. 2 . Honest reviews on Google, Yelp and Nextdoor, It seems the problem customers post but the happy ones not so much, we would appreciate help getting balanced out SITE PICTURES and MAP https://www.abbottfarms.com/hh-bw

He spearheaded the change from dairy production to crops in 1964. He was the innovative purchaser of welders, front-end loaders, red equipment, and strategic land. He still works 60-hour weeks running equipment, fine-tuning systems, and contributing expertise to projects and decisions. Nancy Abbott hand-picked Windsor for her husband — in the third grade! He stole the erasers off her pencils; she smiled; and started to pray she would marry him in 5th grade, and the rest is history. She graduated from Cornell with a Home Economics degree in 1956. She taught school locally for a few years, then opened a roadside stand to sell Abbott apples and potatoes. She started the first school tours on the farm. We really enjoyed our stay at Abbott Farms and will definitely be back. Gwen loved shopping in the market and there was lots of information provided to help us get situated

Peaceful overnight stay with convenient 30amp hookup, tucked up next to one of the barns. Lengthy message contains all the information to make arrival and stay super easy. Guessing it can be quite busy on the weekends when all the activities are in full swing. My drizzly midweek stay was quiet, with just one other Harvest Hoster for company. Thanks so much for opening your farm to us!

This place was incredible! At first, the length of the instructions was daunting, but if you can plow through that… It is so worth it. This is an active farm, which means you get to see tractors, lawnmowers, Apple-picking/hauling equipment, and more in action out your RV windows. It is SUCH a treat! We met Mr. Abbott, The 90 year old farmer whose grandfather established the farm in 1800s. This location is rich with history! Not to mention the apples and apple cider, or some of the best we’ve ever had. We will absolutely stay here again, for as long as they will have us! Amazing people, amazing experience!

Best pie I have ever had. I will be going back just because I cannot get that pie out of my head. We went to 4 or 5 pie places after this and nothing compared. Highly recommend. Staff was kind, spot was nice, but the pie!
