Quiet subdivision with paved roads just west of US1 in Homestead, FL . Pull onto gravel yard from either East or West and continue pulling forward when leaving...all area roads are level and easy access back to US1, SR 997 or FL TPK.
I have two pairs of Foxtail palm trees (soft fronds) close to house that offer great shade....so no worries about scraping sides of vehicles.
Possibly no need to unhook.....my front yard is 75' wide and gravel.....pull onto it and pull off it. If need/want to unhook, there's a separate gravel side yard.
I am in process of readying property to be sold. Please, excuse all ongoing projects.
I have a day-by-day schedule, so site may not be available on several non-disclosed dates. Always call, you might be lucky!
