About 2 miles of country paved roads, both curvy and hilly. We pull our 35 ft 5th wheel on these roads with no problems

We only let guest stay when we are home and not camping. We are also Workampers for the winter season so we are Snowbirds for the winter.

Short and sweet 😊
Bouffy52 greeted us as we arrived at sunset to help us get set up. We enjoyed a brief chat, then settled in for a quiet evening in very peaceful, beautiful surroundings. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nice quite aera
We enjoyed many conversations with Mark and he is very knowledgeable about route to take. We are grateful that we talk to him before arriving as we were coming from the north from Kentucky and he told us an alternate route that saved us 50 miles. The route he told us to take coming out of Corbin was Highway 25E onto 11 W which turned out to be a very pleasant scenic trip. Also we came in after exit 4 from I26 which I liked better as it was shorter and the route from exit 6 was through a very narrow and winding road. You will need a few extra leveling blocks. We visited the bay mountain recreation area and thoroughly enjoyed that and would highly recommend a visit. They also offer discounts for veterans. The host was very welcoming And we enjoyed our visit very much.

Very helpful host!
I had a quiet refreshing stopover at this location. The host was friendly and chatty. He assisted with guidance backing into the raised drive and even provided leveling for the trailer. Would stay again!

Very Accommodating and Helpful
The host was very accommodating and helpful with directions to back into the driveway. We had nice conversations while we enjoyed taking our dogs into the HUGE gated yard to run around and play. The location is very quiet, but the road does have fast drivers, so if you like to walk be cautious. We were close to shopping and restaurants, giving us a chance to go out to eat and to get some errands completed. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely see about staying here again!
