Very nice HH. Host is very friendly and welcoming. Help us get settled in. HH is in a very nice neighbourhood with many kids around. I loved seeing the kids playing hockey … The perfect place.

This was a great place to break up our journey around Lake Superior. We were very grateful for this spot so early in the season. We were able to park on the host’s new concrete parking area which he’s recently built and had no issues getting level. We had a great time at Pebble Beach which is within walking distance and well worth a visit.

i cannot say enough about the hosts of my stay in Marathon. they were accessible and quickly responsive to my request to stay and every question i had after. they greeted me on arrival and helped me set up. they gave me pointers about the area. and they invited me to enjoy their neighborhood. i loved getting to know them and will always he grateful for their generosity. easy to find, concrete parking pad, easy back in, 30-amp power, children playing nearby. their laughter was absolutely delighteful. i would definitely stay again.

As generous and helpful a host as you could ever wish to meet, and all the more appreciated in a moment of need. Terry and Joan shared their home, not just their well outfitted driveway!, and the Sunday dinner family feast was a grounding comfort on a trip that was starting with some serious challenges. They are, bar none, a boondocker's treasure.
