This location does have a couple of options. There is a concrete pad that slopes back-to-front very slightly. The pad does have water, electric, and sewer hook-ups. There is additional space by the pad where RVers may park as well incase there are multiple vehicles or just a need to pull in for the night. There is no fenced in area for pets but campers are welcome to use the property for pets to run at their discretion. The parking is located just 3 miles from the main highway and only one mile from Ft. Gibson Lake.
There is a small gas station/store about 1/4 of a mile up the road.
Speed limit is 5 mph on the property. Do not block storage unit doors for long periods during business hours (this shouldn't be a problem with the space available). Be respectful of other renters on the property.
The main road to the parking is a pretty good paved road with no steep inclines/declines. The parking area is gravel. The gravel goes all the way around the storage building and RVers may drive all the way around.
The parking is pretty open. Just keep doors to boat storage units clear during business hours.
