Our location has several options for parking all of which are on the gravel driveways/parking lots except during long dry periods when grassy area could support rigs weight. We typically send a map of the available spots once a request is made. Weather and time of year can change the availability. There is no fenced in area for pets but campers are welcome to use the property for pets to run at their discretion. The area is located just 3 miles East from the main highway and only 1 mile from Ft. Gibson Lake. The park at the lake allows dumping for just $5 if needed after your stay. There is a Dollar General store as you come off the highway and a small gas station/store about 1/4 of a mile up the road. Suggested Local Attractions: Ft. Speed limit is 5 mph on the property. Do not block storage unit doors for long periods during business hours (this shouldn't be a problem with the space available). Be respectful of other renters on the property.
Location
Access Road Conditions: The main road to the parking area is a pretty good paved road with no steep inclines/declines. The parking area is gravel and we like for our guests to keep rigs on the surface in order to prevent from sinking and getting stuck. The gravel goes all the way around the storage building and RVers may drive all the way around. Tow Vehicle Parking Details: The parking is pretty open. Just keep doors to boat storage units clear during business hours.

We are the 2nd generation owners of R3g Storage, a local small boat and RV storage business located in Wagoner, OK. Details: We are both retired veterans who love to spend time with family and spoiling our grandkids. We enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places. We are looking forward to joining the full-time RVers in the near future. Our storage business is located on several different property lots so there is ample space to accommodate all sizes of rigs and tow vehicles. We also have 2 full hook-up RV pads and, when not rented out, are available to our guests. The property does have a couple of rental houses and three boat storage buildings. We currently live on the property and look forward to welcoming travelers when we can! Aaron and Wendy greeted us and helped us park our 45ft bus. They are awesome. Rosters and Barred owls are near-by, or i would say its quiet. Clean and away from busy roads. It's definitely a nice place to stop and relax.
