Description

Down down in the holler is a very private wooded lot where my house is nestled in the trees. I'm also only ten minutes from downtown Clarksville and APSU.

Leashed dogs are welcome.

I'm considering the full time van life and would love to chat with others in Class B, B+, or small Class C

House Rules

Leave only footprints, take only memories

Clean up after pets please

Access Road Conditions

I live on a standard country two lane. My driveway is steep, 8 foot wide and 650' long, partially paved. Both sides of the driveway are heavily wooded. The gravel pad at the bottom is large enough to turn around. UPS/Amazon have no problem at all. I wouldn't recommend any type of trailered vehicle.

Very private wooded lot, lots of deer, turkey and birds.

A lovely night in the woods

We enjoyed our overnight here with the wild turkeys and deer. Location description is accurate and not hard to find. Our host greeted us when we arrived and bid us farewell in the morning and was very pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality!
