Brian met us as we were backing into the spot. His directions were perfect and the spot to park was excellent. We had a great night's sleep. Cell service was 2 bars 5g for AT&T and roughly the same for Verizon. Brian couldn't have been nicer and we even got to meet one of his sweet granddaughters.

Very easy to drive into and park. 50 amp hook up and water was fantastic. Only negotive was that my satellite is mounted on roof of 5th wheel and where parked to take advantage of electric supply put me up into trees so no signal. No fault with host. Used hotspotfrom our phone and good to go. Will definitely stop here again.

True to the host's words, we missed his turnoff but he was right there to get us to turn around easily. :) He guided us to a great spot and even suggested we move forward to get better WiFi. It was a nice quiet space but since I had some work to do, (thanks for the power!) we didn't get a chance to visit much. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location, just a few miles off US 1 and easy access to route 16. Host was so helpful and the property was just perfect with available H2O and power (we left a donation since we used both) and plenty of space to park and maneuver. Beautiful view of the sunrise over the hills in the morning. We’ll be back when we travel by this area!

We stayed 2 nights. Host was great, good communication, easy access for big rigs. Water and power was great to have. We were sick while there so didnt get to visit with hosts. Seem like really nice folks.
