Description

Gilbert Plains is a small rural Manitoba town just west of Dauphin on Highway 5. Gilbert Plains has a beautiful golf course and is near enough to Riding Mountain National Park (1 hour south) or Duck Mountain Provincial Park (1 hour north) to let you explore either one as a day trip. Duck Mountain has better fishing!

House Rules

1. Treat all our animals with respect.

2. Keep your area clean.

3. Enjoy the quiet of a rural prairie location.

Access Road Conditions

Access is south of Gilbert Plains on PTH 274, which is a paved road, to Road 142N, which is a gravel road( @ 7 km). You would then a turn left (eastbound) onto Road 142N. You travel @ 1 km on gravel to our farm. Our farm is on the right (south) side of Road 142N and has a sign with our name on it out front.
