Description

My site is pretty bland, a simple driveway in an quiet neighborhood.

House Rules

No smoking on property.
No visible alcohol or drunkenness.
Quiet time from 10pm-7am.
Please park on driveway pullout to left side of driveway so we can get our cars out.

Access Road Conditions

Road conditions are normal, paved roads. No room for large rigs to turn around or fit underneath tree limbs. Pull in, back out.

Tow Vehicle Parking Details

Parking spot is basically my driveway in an 80s-era established subdivision. Driveway is on a slope. Best for tiny trailers, Class B campers, or car campers. While you can park on the side of the road overnight, I would not suggest doing so as we are on the blind side of a curve people drive around quickly.

Suggested Local Attractions

The site attraction comes from its location. Only 10 minutes from Clemson University and Issaqueena Forest- with loads of trails for hiking and trail-riding. Upstate SC is home to dozens of gorgeous waterfalls, pristine lakes, hiking trails (including the Foothill Trail), whitewater rafting, and SC Botanical Gardens. This location is 2-10 mins away from many grocery stores and gas stations, an hour away from Greenville, 2 hours from Atlanta, and 30 mins off I-85. Situated midway between Clemson and Seneca, visitors can visit Ram Cat Alley for quaint small-town shopping or a fun night at Jazz on the Alley.
