We have 5 acres about a mile south of town, about 15 minutes from I-70.
Pets are welcome, but we have horses and chickens, plus dogs of our own. No smoking. If we can't get your electric hooked up you can run your generator, but hopefully you won't have to.
We live in the country on a 2 lane paved road. We have a wide drive but if you have a 5th wheel you just have to swing wide a bit to miss the walls at the driveway entrance.
I have two circular drives - one in front of the house and one in back. If you have a 5th wheel and it is wet you will need to take care to stay on the gravel as the yard can get soft in the front drive. You have to swing wide in the rear drive but mostly to miss the massive walnut tree. If you park in back I have 50A service and water available. If you park in front I have 15A service and water available. There are dump stations in town at the fairgrounds.
