Great hosts at a great location. Very quiet with lots of doggy walking òpportunities and major shopping nearby. Hosts are fun and very inviting. Peanut and Lexi are super cute and got along with our 2 labs just fine.

Had a wonderful stay, hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Easy access with full hookups and concrete pads. Close to stores and attractions. very quiet and peaceful, just what we needed! Thank you Ann and John for an exceptional stay!!

This boondockers welcome is a must! John and Ann are amazing hosts! Plus the two minis, Lexi and Peanut sweetest dogs ever! We felt like we were home and staying with family. Clean,level and quiet, full hookups. who could ask for more. We truly enjoyed visiting as well. John was super helpfull backing in the 42’ fifth wheel. They are close to many things although we didnt get to do much touring as we needed this stay for errands. Walmart, post office and inexpensive propane fills nearby. Great rv neighborhood to walk our dogs as well. Although no need cause John and Ann are in a gated lot and dog friendly. Really enjoyed sharing life stories and a neat little restaurant nearby. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure!!! John amd Ann you will be missed. Have fun in Alaska!!!🤗

Easy to find, central to grocery/food/supplies, close to Oatman and easy drive to Lake Havasu, back-in spot in quiet and nice neighborhood, plus... the hosts are wonderful people. I even think Lexi the pup warmed up to us by the end of our stay.
