Needed a spot to boondock overnight. Host was friendly and very accommodating. My family and I enjoyed the peaceful evening.
Quick Response to our stay request. Was able to hook up to electric and fill up with water. Also gave us suggestions for a restaurant. We went there and it was excellent! Such a nice friendly host.
Host was amazing. I was having bus issues and he called in some great people to have a look! Thank you so much!
Wonderfull host ,if you have never had the experience of staying in a farm community this is a great spot. Host turned us onto local attractions berry friendly.
The host was so accommodating and understanding. Easy going and beautiful spot open country with lovely sunset. And enjoyed the other guests that were there. Would go back. Thanks so
Nice quiet place with everything we needed and more. Host very helpful and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the sunset.
Access to power and water was easy. Host was very helpful to get us set up. Level place to park.
Just a short distance from Interstate. Host met us to make sure we didn't miss it. Plenty of room to park several ways to choose from. We had some mechanical issues so arrived later than plan so, didn't get to visit much but communications were good when needing to change our arrival time. Appreciate your hospitality postimp. Hopefully we will be your way again.
Our host was very kind. We parked beside his shed on flat ground. We had electric retention cord to run our fans. Yes we heard trains but they didn't bother us. We had the most beautiful sunset.
We would stop in again if our travels bring us this way.
Super friendly host and great spot to stay, power worked perfectly.
Owner met us and guided us in. Very kind man to let us stay for the evening. Not far off the highway, and just far enough to have a very quite evening and morning surrounded by farm land.
Great communication, met us down the road to help guide us. Gravel parking lot near his shop. Host lives in house few hundred yards away. Amazingly kind man.
This was our second stay. And again it was such a great place to stay. Easy in easy out level spot wonderful host.
We met the host only briefly but he was kind and helpful with where to set up and things to see. Quite peaceful less the train that blew its whistle every hour! Grateful for the stop.
Wonderful stop about 3 miles from freeway. Good spot on “grassy gravel”. Able to stay hitched. Would definitely stay again.
…. And very friendly host. We will be back again next time we pass this way.
We were able to communicate several times before we got there. Very helpful as we were new to this area.
The site was clean and level. Easy setup. Drive in and drive out. We will stay here again .
Such a gracious host with a deliciously wicked sense of humor. Our group was so road weary, we were only able to spend a little time with our host, but what we did, we all thoroughly enjoyed. Great stories and super knowledgeable. We will always make it a point of stopping in when we are through the area.
Very easy to get in and out of the site with a small and large rig. Close to a bigger town, but far enough away to be quiet and dark. We were treated to one heck of a sunset as well.
We had a great time. The host was amazing. He had great conversation and laughed allot. He also was gracious enough to take us on this great tour of their old Air force museum. It had great exhibits and information on the cold war and base history. The nights were quiet and a big place to just roam about. Would highly recommend.
Postimps property is expansive, open and a favorite for my German Shepard. Very safe play area for him to run freely. We had access to electricity and water and loved taking our outdoor shower from our RV. Felt like we were in the Wizard of Oz with the wild wind and rain with lightning and thunder. Postimp is a well traveled guy with many experiences. Would love to stay again if we are down this way. Thank you again.
He is a great host, it was raining and the area was damp. He came out to meet us in the drizzle and made sure we could park on the well packed gravel area to make sure the rig was safe and we would not get stuck.
It was well lit and quiet and George also offered us power and water if needed.
His site is about 3-4 miles off of the interstate which worked well for us. We would stop here again if passing through. Also, plenty of room to walk your pets if needed.
We made it in just before dark. Host welcomed us nicely. Got settled in and all was well for a good night rest. We made an early departure. Thanks for the stay!!
Host was great, I broke down about 50 miles away from the destination so I never actually made it there. He was more than gracious though and I'll do my best to connect with him in real life on my travels
The place was perfect for what we needed-something near the interstate that we could easily pull off and sleep for the night. Member was very accommodating and also had a 30 amp he allowed us to use. Enjoyed our brief chat and would definitely stop over again if we pass through!
Our host was great! We were his first guest! He told us about his homestead which was lots of room to park! He supplied us with electric hookup which was a nice surprise. He told us things to see in the area but we were exhausted from the road trip. The evening was perfect, quiet and beautiful evening skies.. perfect for relaxing!
He was just tickle pink to be a Boondockers host!!
