Purity Farms is a 40 acre historic horse farm with lovely barns, multiple gardens and a pond. There is a 18 acre native prairie with path for walking. I have a large field that can accommodate tents and multiple RV's. Electricity is available from the indoor riding arena and water can be accessed from the barn. If one prefers to park on asphalt, there is plenty of space available. Generators may be used but only away from the house and cottage so as not to disturb residents. Friendly dogs and pets are welcome and may be off leash if well behaved. People and animals alike find my farm to be a sanctuary.
Be respectful of nature and the folks that live in the cottage attached to the barn. You are welcome to wander the farm and walk around my prairie but dogs must be leashed in the prairie and must stay out of the pond. Quiet time after 10 pm. Generators may be run if far enough from the house and cottage to not be heard.
No restrictions. A semi can pull straight into my farm and turn around without trouble.
I have a large asphalt area that can accommodate multiple vehicles on my 40 acre farm.
Take a hike on the Monches segment of the Ice Age Trail, or find a local neighborhood bar for Friday fish fry. Take your kayak out on one of the many glacial lakes near by, or head to Madison or Milwaukee for a cultural event. The Southern Kettle Moraine State forest isn't far and Lahpam Peak State Forest is only a 10 minute drive away. If you are looking for a night away from your own cooking, Hartland boasts numerous restaurants and the best burgers ever are just down the street at Woody's in North Lake. Or you can just hang out and visit my friendly horses across the white board fence from your campsite. Birding is my passion, so I am happy to point out the visitors to my pond and feeders.
