Site is next to my RV, behind a small cultivated field, usually corn. GPS will direct you to my son's house. Please use the drive to the south of the field.
There is plenty of room for more than 1 RV, but only 1 electric hook up.
Please clean up after your pets.
Otherwise, common sense courtesy prevails.
Approx 300 ft unpaved driveway off of paved state road.
Park next to RV
Blocked dates are for when I am gone in the winter. Guests may contact me in spring or fall, just in case I am back in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to reconnect with friends in the area plus we made a couple more with our host and another couple that was parked here too. Were able to just sit around and relax and have some great conversation and swap tales. One morning we even seen 9 wild turkeys go back and forth behind our rig. Plus it was a great place to walk our dog and watch the ground squirrels pop up from their holes. Would enjoy coming back if we are ever in the area and would welcome our host if even in our neck of the woods.
Jill is a perfect example of why BW welcome works so well. A wonderful site, great conversations and perfect weather. Thanks so much for being a Boondockers Welcome host. We hope to see you again down the road.
Host was very welcome to last minute change in our plans. We arrived after dark and left early mid-morning. Barely got to visit but she was understanding. Very sweet, great communication on how to arrive and where to set up. Fellow RV’r who gets it. She was a delight to meet and wish her nothing but the best! Thanks again!
This was such a nice place to overnight. We made a same day request and the host was quick to get in touch and approve our stay. Very easy going and fun to talk to.
What a wonderfully quiet spot with amazing hosts. Thank you for hosting
Our stop was short and rainy. It was still a great stop, the host was fabulous! :)
Lovely, wonderful lady🌻. She is so helpful and fun to talk to. We had a few traveling issues and she helped us greatly. Thank you Gingersnap! The acreage is peaceful and the nature around is beautiful. It is easy to just pull on in and set up. She made my 1st BW experience so positive. I will always be grateful😊!
Host was great. Pulled into wrong driveway, but was able to still get to site. Host was generous to hook us up to 20 amp when didn't have to, but we were very thankful. Close to town but was a quiet place. Thank you so much.
A very quiet peaceful stay, and a kind and gracious host. I so enjoyed my time here, and meeting this lovely lady. TY Hon, I sincerely hope we meet again someday. 💗
Our host was extremely accommodating and friendly. Because of her, we know so much more about Ludington, MI. Perfect level, open area that is nice and quiet. Will visit again if in the area.
Gingersnap was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The recommendations she gave for Bortell's fish and the Maritime Museum were excellent.
Must be nice to grow up with your neighbors who stop by and tell legendary stories and bring delicious Honey Crisp apples. It was a pleasure meeting you. Thank You for letting us pop over for a one night stay. Tell your buddy we said hi.
An absolute delight. Very helpful with recommendations and so nice to invite us to a campfire and s’mores.
I really enjoyed my time here. I stayed to take advantage of some disc golf courses in the area, and the experience was great. I have a 20' truck pulling a 28' trailer and there was plenty of room to turn around and get set up. The host even invited me over for some strawberry shortcake, which was delicious.
Stayed with Gingersnap on a trip to upper Michigan.
We were looking for a peaceful one night stay in the area. The property was huge and it was easy to park any type and length of rig here.
The hookup was 50amp and the host lend us a plug for our 30amp connector.
Great signal strength for T-Mobile. You can practically see the tower across the street
We didn't meet the host, but she was helpful and pleasant to communicate with
Large, grassy area to park our 40-foot fifth wheel next to the shed with 50A. Convenient location to town with all the amenities. Even though we didn’t personally meet our host, we enjoyed “visiting“
with her through the Boondockers platform. Look forward to connecting with her in person, at another time.
