House Rules

Pretty simple out here. We ask all to be kind and courteous to everyone on property and to refrain from any obvious actions that would normally upset your own neighbors and/or family members. chances are, if you question whether it's permitted or not and are thinking of asking, my bet is not to. No stranger to bon fires, loud and raucous fun at end of night, even fireworks if season allows, just expect grownups to know and respect their environment and boondock accordingly with thought and care to immediate surroundings. Grounds and those on site, especially if children abound.

Had a very quiet stay. Rich went out of his way to meet us in town to show us a better way to his place, because of the size of our rig. Helped us park, offered power and water. They were both very friendly and respectful. Would stay again if back in area.

This was a good spot for us to visit family. A little remote and wish we could have just relaxed and not gone anywhere for a few days! Loved having electricity! Water was available but did not need it. We have a 35 ft MH and towing. Lots of room. Would definitely stay again!

I work remotely a few days a week. Staying with Rich was perfect. He has 2 sites designed for RVs with power and water. It was quiet and peaceful. We never left our spot! We are 40’ Motorhome towing a Jeep. Would recommend unhooking before getting to his street. We did not unhook and it was doable, but stressful coming through the initial gate. Thanks for letting us stay.

The hill off the main road was the only difficulty with access, otherwise it was easy to get to and parking and/or backing into our “campsite” was simple. The host was helpful and stopped to see if we needed anything. Water and power were available but we didn’t use them. His significant other gave us a tour of the garden and a painted rock as a souvenir. Great stay in a quiet green space. We would return again if headed in that direction. Many thanks for a great overnight stay!

Address shown on their profile is incorrect and sent us down a difficult road. No phone # on profile so had to send a message. Once we got to the right place it was fine. Power and water provided and plenty of room. A few old vehicles on the property as well as a couple full time camper occupants but it was fairly quiet.
