This was my second stay - the first for husband and dogs. The hosts are so kind, enthusiastic, and helpful. They really try to make you feel at home. I was lucky enough on this trip to see their artist daughter's pottery. My guests will adore the small butter bowls I got for when we serve lobsters at home! The trails they have carve through their beautiful woods ensured that our dogs are sleeping blissfully on the road trip to our next destination. Piper was ready leave home and move in with Rosie to help her patrol for chipmunks. Like summer camp for them. Great stop over, hope to come again.
We really enjoyed our stay at a New Day Farm! Perfect level and quiet spot. Bonus tour of the awesome pottery studio! Beautiful gardens and nice walking trails! Hosts were great to visit with and very accommodating! Hope our travels bring us together again sometime!
A lovely spot to spend the night with wonderful hosts that meet us upon arrival and showed is there well prepared site. Thank you for hosting hope to see you again.
This was our first Boondocker’s welcome experience and it will be tough to beat. What a wonderful place with amazing hosts! There happened to be children there to play with my 10 year old. Rosie the wonder dog played with my dog Sallie. And the warm, welcoming and interesting hosts entertained me with great conversation. Who could ask for more. But there was more… Campfire and jiffy pop popcorn, lettuce to go, and a wonderful tour of the pottery studio and gardens! We would definitely love to stop in here again. Thanks so much for everything!
A New Day Farm was a wonderful stop for us. They are so nice and the property is lovely. It was great spending time around a fire getting to know each other and solving all of life's problems together ; -) We look forward to hosting them on their next journey south.
My first time pulling my travel trailer...well pulling anything really! We had some electrical issues and ened up arriving very late and they were so kind and understanding! Don't recommend driving in the dark though. Everything about this place was wonderful! Its going to be hard to go to another spot because these guys set the bar pretty high! With there beautiful pup and cute chickens and roosters! I have a feeling this will forever be my favorite boondocking spot that we hit! Highly recommend staying here they even offered to give me daughter some jiffy pop to cook over the fire! Couldn't have been a more friendly couple of folks!
An awesome time was had. Beautiful gardens, peaceful location, convenient to great kayaking, and to town. We "assisted" the hosts celebrate their anniversary at the campfire. Our furry-son loved the host dog. 4G LTE cell-strength was a bonus. The hosts were very welcoming and ensured our stay was enjoyable.
Had a great stay! The owners were very helpful and even offered electric. Parking spot was very level. Thanks!
What a wonderful couple hosting this perfect spot. In addition to it being close to so many great points of interest to the area, they have one of the best dogs ever, Rosie, who joyfully took us on a walk through her trail in the woods to show us all the great trees and creek. Then Rosie was super happy to play ball. The hosts were so helpful and did everything possible to make my stay great. Hope they come to see us so Rosie can meet our dogs, or we will be back for sure.
The communication the location and the hosts were all A+. Joan and Russ have really made something unique and admirable in their home. To share it for a night and learn from their experiences was just good luck for us. It’s not often find to such smart and creative people who are also so down to earth. Would definitely recommend.
New Day Farm folks were helpful and friendly as can be. They even have a pad that is perfectly level. They are very industrious with garden, a farm, hiking trails, a local business and even a little sawmill operation. They als have a sweet mutt that is a little grown up and a little puppy, who was a perfect match for my dog. Slept like a baby.
A great place to stay on our trip between the White Mountains and Acadia, especially appreciated this time of year when so many campgrounds were closed. The hosts were very warm, friendly and accommodating and made us feel right at home! Our puppy especially loved a good play with their beautiful dog. We’d happily stay again and sincerely appreciate their hospitality and availability!
So grateful for a last minute boondock with very gracious hosts.
Loved being greeted by a flock of laying hens, the smell of sap boiling, the bustle of an active CSA farm...and that's not all...pottery in the kiln, sewing creations, logs being sawed into boards and heavy equipment at the ready! Phew!!! As the sun goes down, peace and quiet descends over the farm in prep for another NewDay!! Many thanks and we hope to be welcomed back one day!
Loved this couple, their dog, and the farm. Wish I could have stayed longer and wish I brought my dog to play with theirs. Hope to get back up this way soon...
Great hosts and they catered to our every need. They also had a small ice rink in front that we skated on and played some hockey. I look forward to visiting them again! Thank you so much for hosting us !
This was our first Boondockers Welcome experience. We greatly appreciate the hosts' hospitality and friendliness! We enjoyed our stay and had a very good night of sleep.
Great location and amazing hosts, only regret I didn’t stay longer. I hope to be back soon
Such a generous couple. They helped us get around the area with helpful tips and were a joy to talk too. GREAT LOCATION for hiking! Thank you again for your hospitality!!
ANewDayFarm went above an beyond to welcome me for the say. Their place is beyond perfect with lots of private walking trails and even a pond on site. They also provided a fire... had it all set and ready to go both nights... it was better than staying at a resort :-) ... plus they offered up fresh veggies!
The best part was the friendship and kindness. Staying with ANewDayFarm was like being with family. I am so thankful we happened to cross paths and now it seems I have a New Hampshire home. Not notch folks... the kindness was touching. Thank you ANewDayFarm!!
Had a wonderful couple of nights here. The hosts are beyond accommodating and were great conversationalists! Even took us on a hike on their property with all our dogs. Would stay there again, for sure!
Thank you for having us, our parking spot was perfect for our Little camper van. We totally love the camp fire and popcorn.
We immediately felt simpatico with our hosts. They were welcoming and engaging. They were attentive to our needs and comfort and are super interesting to boot!
What a great place to set up camp and from where to explore the White Mountains. The property is lovely with trails that we — and our dog — enjoyed exploring.
We hope to reciprocate their kindness and generosity. We left looking forward to more time with our hosts.
Anewdayfarm are very friendly and hospitable. We had a nice level pad to park on with electric. They set up a fire for us to light and even gave us jiffy pop for kids! (which they loved and thought was pretty cool!) They let the kids swing on the swings and rope swing. Our puppy also had a great time with their dog! I loved the yard, farm and pottery kiln. A great place to stay with great people!
Russ and Joan were great. We arrived later than expected due to the Covid Parade through the White Mountains National Forest. ... everyone from Massachusetts came out of quarantine to see the fall colors ... what a mess.
They helped us get settled for the night. You gotta appreciate a laser leveled gravel pad for your rig. That’s what his equipment is used for... Dirt road maintenance! We located out back away from the road and had a pleasant close to the day.....Thanks.
Hosts were very accommodating, really enjoyed our stay at their location in the heart of the Mt. Washington Valley. Very easy to find; close to Conway NH. Had a tour of the CSA gardens and the pottery business and looking into the pottery kiln being loaded with hand thrown art created by their daughter. Can not go wrong staying at A New Day Farm.
