Our home is located in a “Fly-in” community boarded by a 36 hole public golf course. The picture attached is an aerial view showing our home and the hanger with the golf course in the background and the airport in the forefront. The airport has an average of 10- 15 landings per day during the summer months. There is road noise from Sand Canyon Road mostly during “coming home” hours.
Pets always have to be on a leash as we are within a city that requires it.
Cell service is normally strong coming from the airport tower.
We are 55 miles north of Spokane, WA.
Depending on what is happening in the neighborhood will dictate the best hours for your generator use if needed. No generators after 7pm or before 10am.
City laws state Pets are required to be on a leash.
The parking is in front of an airplane hanger
