We didn't meet Mia. But communication was excellent. It was a good spot for smaller vehicles, a long RV or trailer might have some tilt to it. The ground was sandy and even taking off our shoes, it's still got in the van. This is a great spot for a night, but don't expect a vacation spot. We appreciate having a place to land at night, with electricity. Thank you

Unfortunately we didn‘t meet Mia. However communication was great. The spot was perfekt for our 20 feet van. We would come again.

our host was great at communicating, and very considerate. If you don’t have a long enough hose, you will not be able to fill your freshwater tank, as it is about 75 feet from the water spigot to the driveway, the 110 Hookup is quite close, but you will need an adapter.

The roads once you arive at this older neighborhood, are a bit narrow. At the house there is a pull-through across the front lawn from one driveway to the other, but because of a deeper rut, a guy wire and a tree we would have had to navigate between, we were reluctant to attempt it with our 52' of truck and trailer. One more experience in backing could have backed into the drive by the house, but because the drive was kind of narrow, again, we didn't attempt it. On the flip side, the host was very communitive and cordial, and the neighbors even offered suggestions on how we might navigate in. Someone with a smaller trailer/truck or RV would , probably have no trouble. We were sorry it didn't work out.

The 15 AMP outlet wouldn’t allow me to run my AC, it kept tripping her breaker inside her house, so I just used my generator while I was there. A lot of people were posting about the dogs barking but as soon as it was time for bed, I didn’t hear a dog at all. I had no problems whatsoever, and I am very thankful for my stay and the great hospitality😁
