Have you stayed at this host location?
Leave a reference for this hostWe're in a scenic, semi rural residential neighborhood on two acres in historic Virginia horse country. We have a bonfire site and patio with a fire pit. One acre of our property is fenced with dog-friendly fencing. We have lots of big trees and gardens. *Our driveway entrance is over a culvert/ditch and is single car width but our driveway is two care width. You will need to pull in and back out, parking near the roadside end of our driveway. We'd arrange our vehicles so we could pass you on one side, if we even need to go anywhere.
We are in a quiet neighborhood so noise levels need to fit in with what's going on around you. Generators may be run for a few hours but not after 9PM. Be tidy and clean up. We can take some bagged trash from you, within reasonable household amounts. If you bring a dog, it's welcome to be off leash in our back yard when supervised. Scoop the poop and, if your dog is going to be off leash in the backyard, text to coordinate those times with us since also have a dog and it's her space. You're welcome to join us in a bonfire or use our patio fire pit. Children are welcome and need to be supervised at all times. Please be mindful of the nature and gardens around you, taking care with the living things in it. If you bring children, ensure they are aware of and following these expectations.

We're about an hour from DC and near many historic Virginia sites. There's good hiking about 30-40 minutes away.
