Five acres of flat land, some wooded. There is a 30 amp hook up to the house. Quiet farm land
No loud noises. No shouting or yelling. No generators. Other than that, I'm pretty easy going. Please try to arrive before dark.
Drive down a 1 mile dirt road to the end. There might be a few potholes. Go slowly
I have 5 acres of flat land. A tow vehicle can be parked anywhere.

We enjoyed our stay and our hosts. Not a place for big rigs. The road can be a bit rough the last 1/4 mile. Our 18ft. Trailer and truck did not have a problem.
We had a lovely overnight at "The Secluded Place" on our way to Tampa. The host was very friendly and gracious. We really enjoyed chatting, meeting her dogs, and swapping stories. The road to the property is a bit rough and takes some finesse and patience to navigate, but it's definitely driveable. The property itself peaceful, beautifully wooded, and well maintained. There was plenty of space for our kids to safely play and the site was nicely level. We greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this host for anyone looking for a relaxing, off-grid experience.
The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice conversation when I arrived and I explored the grounds with the host. I was even invited to pick some citrus growing in the yard. There was plenty of space and got a good night’s sleep. Super!
Nice property tucked away in a small horse community. Enjoyed our conversation, wish the hosts safe travels
MaxChester and her host location “A Quiet Place” was wonderful. Being MaxChester’s first Boondocker’s, it’s pretty much a leap of faith for the host, not knowing what to expect. You are after all inviting complete strangers to live in close proximity to your home. After visiting for awhile we feel we set her mind to easy pretty quickly. In the end we had some great conversations while still respecting each other’s space in regards to Covid.
It’s so fun for us to be a host “1st” because we get to share our enthusiasm for the Boondocker organization and give them an idea of the many wonderful experiences they have to look forward to as host. At least that’s what we hope to portray.
As far as the location itself, it was a very relaxing environment. Yes, there was a little road noise from the interstate but it was minimal and did not bother us at all. Located on the end of a dead end road, there was no local traffic to disrupt the peacefulness. The road to the house was a bit rough but you just have to go slow and it’s fine. Thanks so much MaxChester for providing us your place...and trust. We had a great time using your home as a base to explore the area.
