Leave a reference for this hostIn typical older residential neighborhood, one mile from I-10 and one mile from Crafton Community College. About ten minutes from Redlands College in Redlands, CA. Yucaipa is a nice smaller community on the out skirts of the busier San Bernardino area. We have a back yard orange and grapefruit small orchard and a garden.
No smoking on property
No running generators after 10:30 pm
No loud music
Quiet time by 10:30 pm
Driveway is off of a regular residential city street; 1 mile from I-10 and 2 miles from downtown Yucaipa.
RV parking is in our driveway and maximum length is 52' (58 if I move a trailer), so might be room for tow vehicle to stay attached, but if not there is also room to park a tow vehicle on the street. Driveway is pretty flat.

Leepeg's driveway was the perfect spot to relax after a day in Big Bear. He was kind enough to give us a tour of his backyard, and shared his bounty of oranges and grapefruits with us. We slept in and didn't get to say goodbye, but he is as kind and genuine as they come.
We stayed for two nights while we were visiting family in LA. Hosts were friendly and helpful with any of our needs. Will definitely stop again.
Leepeg is a great host! I was able to stay in their nice residential neighborhood and it made the conclusion to my trek following Rt 66 from Chicago to LA a wonderful experience. Due to Covid our time together was brief, yet I enjoyed our conversations and his experience RVing the entire country.
We had a wonderful stay in Yucaipa! Hosts were super friendly and helpful with local suggestions. We got to see their beautiful backyard and garden while chatting a bit too. Very thankful for these hosts!
