There is local park less than a mile away. 2 miles from the eternal flame falls. https://nyfalls.com/waterfalls/eternal-flame-falls/ Dog park is 15 min drive. Close to 219 expressway and I90 40 minute drive to Niagara Falls 20 minute drive to city of Buffalo We can accommodate a few guests if the ground is dry (summer months) with no electric hook up. Spring tends to be soft ground and no parking on the grass is available. Call me for details. There is also a free dump station about 15 minutes away

Dawn and Ray are gracious, friendly hosts. They were out there to flag us down when we arrived, directed us into the driveway across the road and then stopped traffic as we backed up, straight into their driveway. Communicate your arrival time with them, Dawn is paying close attention! Nice concrete driveway, beautifully maintained gardens, nice pool. The electric was great. The space was private, back behind their home with trees for privacy from neighbors and a large lawn behind. Although the street was somewhat busy it was quiet at night. only positive things to say! They chatted and shared their full time goals and were interested in how were traveling too. Ray showed his Mustang to my husband which was a treat! They also gave us a tour of their new motorhome. We only stayed one night but are familiar with the area. It's a great spot for site seeing. Great location and hosts!

We had a great time at Dawn’s Tiki Bar. Dawn and her husband were great hosts. The atmosphere was very casual and the location was close to where we wanted to stay. We will stay here again when we visit this area.

We had a wonderful stay here- the friendliest hosts, and a great neighborhood with nearby trails and an amazing dog park. We really enjoyed visiting with the hosts and getting to hang with their pup, Blaze, too! Thank you for hosting us!

We loved it here! The hosts communicated with us so well and met us out in the drizzle to guide us in. We were given a tour and welcomed to make ourselves at home. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

thank you, Dawn for the wonderful day! It was so peaceful to stay at Dawn while exploring Buffalo, Niagara, and the surrounding area. Dawn also had some great recommendations for other hikes and parks to visit nearby. it was lovely to get some work done and Dawn‘s backyard, and my dog loves running around in her ample yard. We really appreciate the hospitality, and would absolutely recommend and stay again in the future! Thank you so much Dawn
