15 minutes from center city Philadelphia .1 1/4 hours to cape may or Atlantic city. 2 hours to new York. Near rt.295/rt.95/njtp.rt 676./rt.55

House Rules

no generator,must clean up after pets.leave no trace ./ no noise after 9:30 pm.or before 8:00 am./two day stay max. Same day requests ok.$10.00 per night for hook up (15 amp.only ) limited smoking area no butts left.

Access Road Conditions

residential area though not crowded or busy. We have no problem with our 30ft.motorhome towing a Ford ranger..one or two low tree branches on entry street easy to avoid. Narrow street but able to back into driveway with no busy traffic.
